Write to the desk

Corrections get read first and acted on fastest. Everything else gets an answer within a couple of working days.

Three addresses, three kinds of message

Reviews go out of date quietly. An operator drops a live studio, an app stops supporting an older handset, support hours shift — and none of it comes with an announcement. If you have spotted something on this site that no longer matches reality, that message is the most useful one we get.

Operators are welcome to write in, and several do. A commercial conversation and an editorial one stay separate: nobody gets to preview a review, request a verdict word, or negotiate a position on the shortlist.

Or use the form

Used only to reply to you. See the privacy policy.

Submitting opens a message in your own email client, so nothing is stored on this site. Prefer to write directly? Use one of the addresses on the left.

An open envelope with a blank letter, a phone showing a speech bubble and two ruled cards
Every message reaches the same small desk. There is no ticketing system and no call centre behind this page.

What we cannot help with

Table Watch Post is a comparison site. It has no access to any operator's systems, so it cannot look at your account, verify your identity, release a balance, resolve a bonus dispute, reopen a closed account or chase a payout. Those all sit with the operator's own customer support, and every operator on the shortlist publishes live chat and email details on its site.

If an operator has not resolved a complaint after eight weeks, or has issued a deadlock letter, the next step is an alternative dispute resolution provider approved by the Gambling Commission — the operator must tell you which one covers it. The Commission's own site explains that route in detail. For self-exclusion across every GB-licensed site at once, use GAMSTOP rather than contacting operators individually.
