Agreement and eligibility
Using tablewatchpost.com means accepting the terms on this page. If any of them is unacceptable to you, the appropriate response is to stop using the site. Access is intended for adults aged 18 or over who are in the United Kingdom; the age notice at the top of every page states that condition, and continuing past it is a confirmation that you meet it.
Gambling law differs sharply between countries. Anyone reading this from outside the UK is responsible for whether the operators described here may lawfully be used where they are.
What this site is, in legal terms
Table Watch Post is an independent publication. It is not a gambling operator, it holds no gambling licence of any kind and it needs none, because it offers no facilities for gambling. It does not accept bets, run games, hold customer accounts, process transactions or handle money in any form. It has no connection to the Gambling Commission and is not owned or controlled by any operator it writes about.
Everything published here is editorial: description, comparison and opinion. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or tax advice, and no verdict, score or recommendation should be read as a prediction of any outcome.
Accuracy and change
Reviews describe operators as they were when checked, on the date shown at the top of the page. Lobbies, apps, studio agreements, support hours and promotional terms all change without notice, and a comparison site cannot follow every change in real time. Nothing here is warranted to be complete or current, and the operator's own site is always the authority on its own terms.
If you find something wrong, tell us and it will be corrected on the page itself.
Links to operators and other sites
Links to gambling operators are, in most cases, affiliate links, and they are marked as advertising wherever they appear. Following one takes you to a third-party website that Table Watch Post neither controls nor operates. From that moment the operator's terms, privacy policy, bonus conditions and verification requirements apply, and this site accepts no responsibility for their content, their availability or their conduct. The affiliate disclosure sets out the commercial arrangement in full.
The same applies to links to regulators, support organisations and other third parties. They are included because they are useful, not because we can vouch for what they publish.
Complaints about an operator
Table Watch Post has no access to operator systems and cannot intervene in any account matter — verification, bonus disputes, closures or balances all sit with the operator's support team. Where a complaint is unresolved after eight weeks or the operator issues a deadlock letter, it can be taken to the alternative dispute resolution provider approved by the Gambling Commission for that operator, which the operator must identify.

Republishing pages in whole or in substantial part, or reusing the imagery elsewhere, requires permission. Changes, law and jurisdiction
These terms may be revised, in which case the date at the top of the page changes and the revised version applies from publication. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
